Kabirchora has Kabir's monastery in about five acres, where hundreds of people come every day. On special occasions, these numbers are in thousands. Kabir is still alive in the building, Parshati Mudis. Hundreds of people come here to know Kabir, who is famous all over the world for his laid-back fakir style. It is also a school for those who know Kabirpanth, there is also a temple and a mosque. There is no wall of religion. The Kabir monastery, which was laid in the huge courtyard of Kabirchora in 1578, is no less than a tourist destination. Where Kabir is growing, its streets are being decorated. You would be surprised to know that the British government locked in here for almost two hundred years. The British had captured it. Kabir also has a rich library of literature and saint literature in the monastery. About seven hundred manuscripts have also been kept in the library. Kabir Chaura Math was the main center of revolutionary activities during the freedom movement. Angered by the British governors, they broke the monastery three times and ordered them to be admitted to the hospital. Figures based on the life philosophy of Kabir present in the monastery and oil paintings are also the center of attraction. Kabir Das gave a message of good faith in opposing hypocrisy, evils and superstitions spread in society.
