Mata Anandamayi Ashram

Mother Anandamayi Kanya Peetha was established in September 1938 in Anandamayi Ashram, located in Bhadanei, Varanasi. There are both hospitals and ashrams in this complex. Former Prime Minister Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru, Indira Gandhi and Prime Minister Narendra Modi have visited this girl's school. An organization of Mother Anandamayee Peeth is also in Kankhal of Haridwar. This institution was founded here in 1938. Whereas, the first Anandamayami Ashram was built in Kashi in 1944.
Mother Anandamayi Kanyakipith, Bhadani, Varanasi students are taught from primary to Acharya. Acharya and Shastri's degree meet with Dr Sarvanand Sanskrit University. While the equivalent primary and middle examinations of high school and intermediate are conducted by the Upper Sanskrit Education Council. In this Gurukul of girls, education and traditional religious education are given. Girls and teachers have to live in Gurukul itself.
The life pattern here is very difficult. The daily routine of girl students and teachers starts at four in the morning at Gurukul. In addition to the study of different subjects, spiritual education is also an important part of the life of girl students. Mother Anandamayi Ashram has education as well as a hospital with service. Therefore, the values of service sent to girls are given from childhood.
Girls Ankushamayi Kanyakipit i.e. female gurukul is admitted to girls at the age of five. Meanwhile, he is given education of all religious beliefs and Indian culture. Due to the adult being girls, worldly education is also given. In Gurukul, students are taught Vedas and other Hindu religious texts twice a day. Apart from Sanskrit grammar, English, Hindi and mathematics, history, geography, sociology and economics are also taught. In addition, girls are given two hours a day for sports. In the girls' school of Anandamayi Ashram, sewing and knitting is also taught to make girls self-reliant with education.
