Mrityunjay Mahadev Temple

Lord Shiva is the only God, who always triumphed over death. Death never defeated Shiva. For this reason he was called by the name of the deceased. The largest and most beautiful temple in the temple group of Jageshwar Dham is known by the name of Mahamrityunjay Mahadev ji, in which the work of worship is done by the family of High Kulla Bhatt Brahmin Srishti Dutt.
In the Madagin region of Varanasi, Bholenath sits in the form of the death goddess Mahadev. Here, only the philosophy of Bhole Baba is fulfilled by all the wishes of the mind. Whether it is obstruction of the planets or some other, in the temple of Goddess Mahadev, all the troubles of the 1.2 million deaths are resolved. It is believed that if a devotee is presently presenting 40th Monday here and offering milk and water to this form of Trilochan with Mala Flowers, then the troubles of his life are solved in a moment.
There is also a story behind this divine dham of Mrityunjaya Mahadev. According to the Puranas, when Lord Shiva drank halahal toxin for the protection of the masses, only one of their forms appeared at sea churning. Since then, no devotee coming here has returned empty handed. Bholenath has given his lenght to every devotee who comes in his shelter with his grace and is giving a boon of salvation to him. It is said that if a devotee comes here with his gifts, then his intention is definitely fulfilled. Along with this, if a devotee stands at the door of death and invokes it, then his death will either go away, or the naive give him the blessing of salvation in his shelter. In this temple of Baba Maha-Ditunjoy, there are mainly three aarti, and in Prasad they enjoy the curd with fruit and milk.
In this Dham itself, only the puradas are not fulfilled, but it also happens to treat the diseases of devotees who come here. An example of this is the Kuopa behind the temple which is known as Dhanvantri Kupa. It is believed that if a devotee accepts the water of this follicle after seeing the death of Lord Shiva, then his stomach diseases are removed. Along with this, the disease of leprosy, such as leprosy, after bathing with the water of the same coupe is also cured in the nearby kund.
There is also a story about this follicle that once Dhanvantri Vaidya treated a patient a lot, but he could not recover. Once the devotee came here and drinking the water of this well he got cured. Later, when Dhanvantri came to know about this, he too came to this well and saw the truth, and after seeing anger, put all your herbs in this coupe. From then on till today, the water of this coupe also treats many incurable diseases. Devotees first see the death of Lord Shiva after offering Mahadev water and then take water from the well.
